As a business owner myself, I know the value in receiving comments & feedback from customers. With that said, I’d like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Chuck Schell and his crew. Earlier this summer I had a huge pool renovation/installation job done at my home, handled by Chuck.
The level of professionalism was outstanding! Chuck’s attention to detail, knowledge and suggestions exceeded my expectations. He was totally involved in the project, from beginning to end. He and his crew are commended for a “job well done”.
Many family and friends enjoy our pool and there are many compliments on how nice it looks and comments on craftsmanship.

I have over the years, 20 years to be exact, had pool problems and repairs done by a number of different pool companies, not all of the were pleasant experiences, both in cost and workmanship. But I am happy to say that it was a pleasure of doing business with your company, your employees and the service and products that were installed.
Want to esp. thank Chuck, I think last name Shil, your man in charge of pool maintenance, and the two workers that were here doing the job, Gerald Kornbau and Steve. They were great, and thanks again for a job well down. I will not hesitate to call Nemo for any future needs that I may have concerning my Pool.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to Thank You for being such a wonderful Company. We bought a Hot Tub from Scott back in 2005, and we have not once had any regrets. We can’t say can’t say the same for the Company we bought our Pool from; which is why we’ll be Nemo customers for life. I’ve sent several Neighbors to your Store, as well as my Brother who Owners your Hot Tub. It’s not really the Products that make you guys so great: It’s your Staff. Scott is ALWAYS there for me when I have a Question, and Chuck is the true definition of the word Gentleman. He’s kind, efficient, and that poor man was frozen here today while repairing my motor, yet not once did he complain. I always buy my chemicals from your store, so I can help support this Company that Jeff and I have come to believe so Highly in.
